The Young People’s Orchestra (TYPO) are proud to make their debut with ‘Evening de’ Concerto’ - a night of histories greatest concertos, crafted by some of the greatest composers of eras gone by. Allow Brisbane’s newest 40+ piece orchestra and 8 young soloists, to transport you through the eras of orchestra, playing concerto pieces from Vivaldi, Hindemith, Sibelius and more.

TYPO is an orchestra set apart by their youthful enthusiasm to see a shift in the arts industry. Many, as graduates of the Queensland Conservatorium - Griffith University, understand the struggles of being a young performer and, partnered with The Head Bros, are excited to see change and an increased understood importance of orchestra in modern day society.
